Saskatchewan Provincial Nomination Program or SINP, invites thousands of skilled workers to stay and work in the province. This invitation to skilled workers is based on quota intakes of Saskatchewan.

Every year, the province discloses its quota intakes i.e., the number of applications it is going to accept through different streams and categories of its PNP. This quota has been fixed by Immigration Refuges and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), in advance.

Saskatchewan streams of Express Entry as well as SINP Occupation in-demand category can be called the two-most-popular streams. Many candidates are selecting these streams to immigrate to Saskatchewan. Due to the ever-increasing popularity of the program, these quotas reach its intake limits within a few hours of opening.

To be eligible to apply under these popular streams, the candidate must meet the below mentioned requirements:

  • A point score of minimum 60 points out of 100 on SINP point assessment grid
  • Having an active Express Entry profile in the pool
  • Having language ability of up to 4 bands in every module (reading, writing, speaking and listening) of IELTS general training
  • Having educational qualification of at least a bachelors’ or a similar qualification degree
