Canada’s Immigration Process involves a unique structure of Ranking. Known as ‘Comprehensive Ranking System’, it is responsible for providing scores to individual’s credentials. Based on age, education, work experience and language skills, an individual is deemed to be proficient to migrate to country and expected to work for the betterment and growth of the Canadian economy.

Now, how does Canada’s point system works?

Though, the division of total CRS score are as follows:

  • Core human capital factors which has Maximum Points up to 460
  • Accompanying spouse or common-law partner factors which has Maximum Points up to 40
  • Having a valid job offer from Canada which has Maximum 200 points
  • Additional points of Provincial nominationwhich has Maximum Points of 600

However, the main component to render attention to is Core Human factors (mentioned above) as remaining factors are situational.

Canada’s Point system presumes you to get at least 67 points out of 100 based on core human factors.

To get through the minimum score requirement, your credentials should be:

a)      Age not more than 32 years

b)     Education not less than three years’ of degree

c)      Work experience of 5+ years

d)     Language proficiency of CLB 8/9

These factors are actually trade-off; one credential less (say you are having age of 35+) can be equated with another credential more (say your language skills are CLB 10).

Plus, having a nomination, Job offer or a relative in Canada can prove to be a cherry on top of the cake!

A proper amalgamation of factors so that the minimum requirement can be met with, has to be searched down or planned out by you (or our immigration experts).
