  1. MYTH: a job offer is a must to be eligible to come to Canada

TRUTH: There are different immigration programs with different eligibility requirements. Most of the programs do not require a job offer letter criteria. Programs like FSTP (Federal Skilled Trade Program) requires a valid job offer as well some PNPs of Canada immigration. Other than that, a job offer letter is not required.

  1. MYTH: Immigrating under PNP’S do not allow you to move freely anywhere in Canada

TRUTH: This is probably the most talked about myth among Canada immigration seekers. The provincial nomination program allows you to live and work in that particular province but it doesn’t imply that you cannot move to other areas of Canada country. You are free to work and live anywhere in Canada even if your migration is under any PNP. 

  1. MYTH: You need to have a relative in Canada for immigration

TRUTH: there is a single provincial program i.e., Manitoba provincial program that requires you to have a blood relative living there. The relative can nominate you to come and live in the Manitoba province. Other than this, no program mandates you have a relative in Canada as its eligibility criteria. 

  1. MYTH: IELTS is not mandatory for Canada immigration

TRUTH: International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is mandatory under each and every program of Canada immigration. Not only giving the test but also scoring at least 6 bands in each module is mandatory to be eligible for Canada immigration.
